Requirements

What requirements must my computer meet to use 360° online?

The current system requirements:

  • Internet access
  • a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pixels
  • Windows 10 / Mac OS Monterey or newer
  • a current Internet browser that supports HTML5

What requirements must my smartphone/tablet meet in order to use the 360° online app?

The current system requirements:

  • Smartphone or tablet with Android 7.1.1 operating system or higher
  • iPhone®, iPod touch® or iPad with the operating system iOS 10 or higher
  • at least 1 GB free (internal) storage space

How do I perform the registration in the Android app?

  • Download the 360°online app for Android via Google Play.
  • Tap on „Register“ after you have opened the app and enter your details and your license code. Tap on „Check“ after entering your license code.
  • If you have a driving school code, you can enter it in the field provided.
  • Finally, accept the privacy policy.
  • After you have confirmed the registration, you will be logged in automatically. You can then also log in to the browser with your user name and password.

How can I register in the iOS app?

Registration for iOS must be done via the browser: Perform registration

How do I register on the PC/in the browser?

  • Select „Login for student drivers“ on the right side.
  • Click on „Register“ and enter your data and license code. Confirm the entry of the license code by clicking on „Check“.
  • If you have a driving school code, you can enter it in the field provided.
  • Finally, accept the privacy policy.
  • The registration is confirmed by clicking on „Send“.
  • You can then log in with your user name and password in the browser and in the app.

I get the message "This license is already in use."

You have already registered and now you need to log in with your previously chosen username and password.

The error message "The specified username is already in use." appears.

The user name is freely selectable, but it must be unique. If this message appears, another student is already using the same user name.
Confirm the message with „OK“ and change the user name.

I get the message "The license is invalid."

If this message appears, the license code is not correct. In this case, please check whether you have entered all characters of the license code correctly. Confirm this message with „OK“ and change the license code accordingly.

The license code contains only the following characters:
Numbers: 12345690
Letters: ABCDEFMP

The message "The password must be at least 6 characters long" appears.

You have entered a password that is too short, it must have at least 6 characters.

What does the message "The password repetition does not match" mean?

The password must be entered twice. If this message appears, the two passwords entered do not match. Please correct your entry.

I get the error message "Please accept the terms of use and privacy policy."

At the end of the registration form there is a checkbox for the terms of use and privacy policy.
Here you need to check the box before you can complete the registration.

Use

Forgotten your login data?

  • To do this, click on „Forgot access data“
  • Now enter your license code and click on „check“.
  • Now the username will be displayed and you can set a new password.

I get an error message that my license has expired.

Please contact your driving school as they are the only place you can purchase a renewal license.

Where can I change the language?

App: Open the „360° online 2.0“ app and open the settings. Here you will find the „Language selection“ tab. Now select your language to change it.

Browser: Open the settings at the top right and select the desired language there.

Images or videos are not displayed in the app.

Open the settings and select the „Synchronization“. Then click „sync now“ and confirm with „YES“ to download the necessary media files to your smartphone.

No download possible in the app because of no WLAN connection

Connect the mobile device to the WLAN manually or change the corresponding setting under „Settings“.

How do I uninstall the 360° online 2.0 app from my Android device?

Uninstalling using the example of an Android smartphone from the manufacturer Samsung:

  1. To delete the 360° online 2.0 app, go to the menu on the start page
  2. Select Settings
  3. Scroll down and select Apps
  4. Select the app 360° online 2.0 and then press uninstall
  5. Now the app is uninstalled

I cannot run an exam simulation. When I click on the button, nothing happens.

Then your driving school has set that you must first have a certain percentage in the learning statistics before you are allowed to perform test simulations. Please check with your driving school if necessary.

I can't play the videos in the browser.

To make full use of CLICK & LEARN 360° online, you must be using the latest version of your Internet browser.
You can check the up-to-dateness of the browser as follows:

  • Internet Explorer
    Extras (gear wheel at the top right) – Info
  • Mozilla Firefox
    Open menu (three horizontal lines at the top right) – Question mark (at the bottom of the menu) – About Firefox
  • Google Chrome
    Open menu (three horizontal lines in the upper right corner) – Help and About – About Google Chrome

I cannot access CLICK & LEARN 360° online in the browser.

To use CLICK & LEARN 360° online, you need a current Internet browser. Please check whether your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, …) is installed in the latest version, if this is not the case, install the appropriate update.
